Is there any question in anyone mind that in the aftermath of the Boston bombings. That the city of Boston suffered the results that are described in the above paragraph. Closing down a City for days fits the definition without a doubt. Maiming and killing and causing personal pain and anguish. Forcing expenditure of resorces that are not limitless. All fit into what the government tells us terrorism is.

After Boston Bombings Now What?

When it comes to terror Obama still has trouble saying the word.  I think Obama should start calling these events and attacks what they are.  I mean exactly what they are, instead of trying to side step the obvious.facts. What is his agenda and purpose for always trying to play down what threatens our very existence.? The thought of what it could be frightens many.  Could it be that he is trying to show the world that we live by what we espouse to be our values. If so I would question what he thinks we are guilty of.  To have to continuously prove to the world that we are the good guys.  What does it take to realize that when it comes to helping others in tyrannical political situations, we have spent treasure and shed blood for others to be free and enjoy what we in the United States enjoy.

The only reason that anyone would be so intent to always be concerned about how others perceive us is this. Mr. Obama and others left wing politicians have a built in prejudice. They believe that the United States is guilty of all sorts of malpractice against others. That in fact we should be held accountable for misdeeds and injustices against the rest of humanity. A widely held belief of the far left, including those of his father and Mr. Obama's mentors like Rev.Wright, Sol Aulinsky, William Ayers and other radical elements of our country.  After all why would  he want to transform America if he did not think that we are the worlds " bogey man".

Work Place Violence
The Ft. Hood massacre. Where military personnel were massacred by an active duty officer who had contacts with Al queda.  Maj Hassan, the cold blooded killer who killed in the name of Islam extremism. Is being treated as an ordinary run of the mill criminal.. Even in the face of the lives he took and others he destroyed on a military base. The administration is calling it " work place violence. I have to laugh as I write those words because of the absurdity of it.

Quick To Blame Bengazi On a Video
 More recently after the killing of a Obama's appointed Ambassador to Libya and three others in Bengazi.  The President tried to convince everyone that it was the result of a video and delayed calling it what everyone else knew what it truly was, terrorism in the first degree. Supporters have excused him for not labeling terror and terrorists, due to the fact that he speaks with cautious deliberation. When it came to Bengazi he was very quick to put out a misleading reason for the murders in Bengazi and destruction of our embassy. Even sending his U.N. Ambassador on every talk show she could be booked on to say it happened because of a video. It goes to show how little respect he has for Americans. Judging them by the intellectual level of his base.

Now we once again have a situation where the President has a problem with the word terrorism.  There are some that will argue that in the past the label terrorism by other administrations. Has been slow to come. All of those occurrences took place prior to 9/11.  Times have changed and we have been involved in two wars and still are in Afganistan because of our realization that we are indeed a target.  I would think that if indeed the word terrorism is applied in error. It would be to err' on the side of caution.  We would surely be able to correct it quickly. Mr. Obama is adverse to call obvious acts of terror what they are. Even using the words, " rush to judgement",  when refering to the bombers. Even going so far as to add a caveat to the govt. definition. That being that it has to be linked to a terrorist group or country.  It reminds me of comedy skits where the man constantly stutters when it comes to expressing the word ,  "love" to his girl friend.

Pointing his finger and perhaps even counting on another gun tragedy to show how wrong they are. Daring to even hold them responsible for many more deaths and injuries by gun wielding crazies. In an effort to realize his dream of holding the majority in both houses, as he did in the first two years. Left wing Democratic party dominance over both legislative bodies. Too bad, so sad for him.  Good for those who know that the drip,drip of eroding the Bill of Rights with more and more duplication legislation.is the goal of he left.

It is inevitable that the rights of Americans guaranteed by the Bill of Rights will again be curtailed.  The intrusion of more and more provisions that will interfere with Americans freedom of movement and privacy. Are sure to come. All this while the Justice Dept. under Erick Holder and his buddy Barry Obama, decides that in the case of high profile elements of Al Queda they be given the rights of U.S. citizens. That's right, we now  give terrorist rights and chip rights away from Americans. 

Son of Bin Laden Pleads Not Guilty
 Suleiman Abu Ghaith, one of Bin Laden sons recently captured in Turkey was brought to New York to stand trial in federal court. Not surprisingly pled not guilty in connection the the 9/11 terrorist attacks in 2011. He was given his Miranda rights and can request a lawyer before answering any questions. That we pay for.  That certainly inhibits the possibility of gaining information and intelligence.  No doubt impeding any future terrorist attacks that may be planned.  The Justice Dept. has a history of a reluctance to bring these kinds of individuals to Guantanamo. Where they can be questioned and interrogated as to any information they may have.  He is in fact the highest level of terrorist conspirators who has been brought to trial in a civil court. Thus reducing our chances to prevent further terrorist attacks.  He has vowed to kill Americans with impunity and yet he is to be tried only 1/2 mile from the WTC where thousands were killed in the 9/11 attack in 2001. 
Should Have Been Brought To Guantanamo
 Now in view of the recent bombings in Boston. It is hoped that pressure on the Justice Dept. will prevail in scrapping the Obama administration to give up their dangerous policy of not bringing terrorists caught overseas to Guantanamo. Where they can be properly detained and interrogated.  Then put on trial by a military tribunal.  These self described militants and soldiers of Allah should be tried as all combatants and enemies of the United States should be. In a military court.  Where they are not provided with the rights of a country they are sworn to destroy. It appears on the surface that the Obama administration is more interested in putting more and more restrictions on the citizens of this country rather than those of the terrorists. I wonder why?  Is it any wonder why we seem to become more and more vulnerable under Obama's administration.

The terror will continue because of  Obama's dangerous and naive policies. Then again maybe that is what he wants. Holding true to the adage," never let a crises go to waste"  There is something wrong.  It leads many to have less and less trust in the man they elected to an office he was not and is not qualified to hold.  He has an agenda I believe he considers more important than our safety and preservation of our rights under the Constitution. Today the proposed bill was available on line. Unlike the Affordable Health Care Act.  commonly known as Obama Care. This bill offers enough time for the public to access the proposed bill in it's entirety. The bill is only 29 pages. The Senators, one a democrat and one a Republican are two of the more conservative members of the Senate. Both come from areas that have a large gun owner constituency Both members of the NRA and gun owners themselves. With A ratings from the NRA. If you click on the link you will find the proposed bill. This bill has no amendments attached to it at  present. It is predicted that the proposed legislation will be fertile ground for a slew of attachments.

I have read the bill and it appears to be innocuous.  It is not. This is a bill that contains exceptions, as all bills do.  It is rather a starting point down the road to stricter and stricter gun control regulations.  This is the way it is done. Slowly and surely bringing us to the end result that will complete the final thrust of the far left to eliminate the 2cd amendment. The legislation sets in motion a commission. That will in the end recommend what ever it is commissions recommend. That eventually change the original legislation to be unrecognizable, as first written. Which does not in the very least address the original purpose of reducing the tragedies of Sandy Hook. What would you do in cases like the Long Horn University slashing spree?  Which effected 14 students being slashed across the face and neck. Or the stabbing spree on the N.Y.C. subways that left 4 dead.

More laws, only give the opponents to the 2cd amendment more apparatus to conger up more laws to finally allow guns only to be in the hands of criminals. The law abiding citizen will be the targeted enemy of public safety. The real enemy, those who have guns illegally.  Will be given a pass under the guise of " not enough resources to control the problem".  Laws on the books that require back round checks are already in place.  These laws must be enforced.  At present they are not.  In fact the problem is exasperated by decisions made by ATF and Justice dept. top officers to proliferate guns to criminals. Such as Fast and Furious, that resulted in many murders. Including border patrol officers.

I suggest people read the proposed legislation that is written in plain laymen language.  I further suggest to pay attention to the words "not withstanding" and "may". These are key words that can not be overlooked.  It makes the legislation vague and gives the Attorney General too much leeway in application of the law. That is bad policy as is evidenced by the present Atty. General's questionable practices as to every and all issues.

If there are those of you who think Obama has any care about any shooting incident other than it's political goal.  You are living in a world of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. The importance to Mr. Obama is to complete the full cycle of what is his agenda. One that conforms to the idea of disarming the citizenry. To more easily manipulate them to get in lock step in a an effort to expand big government.  Until even your ability to protect and defend yourself and family must be entirely left in the hands of government. This has been the purpose of the left for decades. The argument they use is that it will prevent or curtail violence.  It has been proven over and over again that the only ones it will protect are the criminals. Who will have guns no matter how many laws are passed. The example being screamed out at present is, Chicago. Where the availability of guns, laws or no laws runs rampant. 
More Gun Control Means More Govt. Control Over Your Freedom
Now of course this would mean that in a country where the quick or timely arrival of help is almost impossible with the geographical expanse being wide and far. Or, even where the the population was dense and neighbors in close proximity. There are variables that would inhibit a quick or response or reasonably timely response to the victims of crime or crises.  It would certainly present a situation in which an increase in police personal could not be argued with. That at first glance would be a good thing.  Looking beyond that.  It would also set the stage for those types of personal go beyond just a beefed up and more geographical  positioning of assets.  It could result in so many of these assets in personnel and assets such as drones, cameras and seemingly innocuous snooping on private citizens to go over the top. The rational being used to expand and flood the landscape with government presence in the form of societal regulation and in effect compromising and rendering the 4th amendment null and void.  Resulting in an expansion of government control over what law abiding citizens do, say and think.  
Incremental March That Will Make Second Amendment Extinct
The incremental process of the left is an obvious strategy that takes time.  It continues with a pace that is so slow and steady that it confounds those who do not have the ability or naivete to disregard that there  is a long term goal. In this case change the guarantee of the Bill of Rights that guarantee our right.  As laid down by the founding fathers to insure that the populace has the ability to defend themselves against those who would try to take away our freedom. Gun control is simply a way to control and prevent any and all ability to resist what the left has in store for us down the line.
Using Victims To Push The Lefts Agenda
The efforts made in recent days to take advantage of the mass shootings of  a place called Sandy Hook once again has given the left an opportunity to take advantage of  a sad and terrible event. It fits in perfectly with their modus operandi. They will use it to the limits of decency and then inevitably cross the line. Relying on the press to deflect and down play the disgraceful excesses. It will become another brick in the wall they are constructing  that prevents us access to freedom of choice and freedom to defend ourselves from them and radical ideology. Not to mention the criminals that will always have access to guns of any size or magazine capacity.
Far Left Are A Fifth Column
These elements of a fifth column that call themselves enlightened to the need to control the populace.  Are more dangerous to our liberty than any foreign government as they continue to chip away. All under the guise of public service and altruism. The only service they are interested in is the service to themselves and their power to tell us what to do and succumb to their idea of  how things should be. It usually costs us in all areas of our lives.
IRS Claims Right To Investigate E-Mails Of  Law Abiding Citizens
It was reported today the the IRS has now declared that they have the right to go into your e-mails and other private correspondence. Without a warrant.  So there goes the fourth amendment of the Bill of Rights. It appears that the only parts of the fourth amendment are those parts that protect the rights of criminals as in Miranda and up holding the killing of babies as per Roe V Wade. The Obama administration's lack of transparency evidenced by the covering up of the murders of Bengazi and intimidation of the press.  Keeping the survivors of the attack from speaking to anyone by threats of retaliation.
Gun Laws On Books Can Fill Volumes
There are more than enough laws on the books that are not enforced and mostly ignored, Federal laws fill up books. State laws are also very numerous and also will fill a good sized book. In 2009 there had been over 77000 instances of gun laws being violated when filling out applications for back round checks. Only 1% were prosecuted.  Why are they not ? Perhaps they don't want to as it eliminates the chance to exploit a  issue that helps to capitalize the death of current and future victims. It is for the political advantage of the left wing radicals that consist of the Obama administration and their minions.
The Left Feeds On These Tragedies
The far left does not give a care about how many die as long as the "ends justify the means" of continuing power and their idea of  "social justice". The more tragedies there are the more it helps their cause.  A sentiment that  former chief of staff and Obama advisor, Rohm Emanuel, exclaimed, in his statement of " never let a crises go to waste". Obviously in the march to advance your agenda. That cause results in the theft of peoples fortunes and hard earned rewards for good honest work. Leaving the masses to depend on bigger and bigger government in every way shape and form. Not realizing that if government gives you everything they can also take everything away. When they want and how they want. All the while indoctrinating children to their ideas with your money through confiscatory taxation.  That they will collect, with the gestapo tactics of the IRS who now claim that your life is now open to them. Including your most intimate secrets of every kind. That means power over all they reach,  in an effort to control.

When the NSA was asked about it, and the impact it may have upon the privacy of the citizens of the nation. They refused to completely explain how the public is protected from that possibility. They say there are rules and regulations that would prevent that. When asked what they were they said the information was secret.  That word SECRET, should immediately get the attention of even the most trusting of the government. Especially of the present one. Tied in with the non-transparency of the Obama administration that brings even an earth worm to raise itself into a physical posture of attention. A whistle blower on the project has revealed that it can be turned upon the very citizens it claims to protect.  In the time it takes to flick a switch.
 Newtown Parents are Being Used
 Newtown residents who have lost children in that massacre are being used to close the circle of the liberal and far left activist. They are enabling the continuing efforts to incrementally, step by step, drip by drip, law by law to up end the second amendment.  It should be realized that the reason the second amendment exists is to insure the existence of the first.  We have laws at present. All that is needed is the enforcement of them.

I think it is time to talk about Bengazi again. There is not much more that you can say other than we still have no explanation of, who knew what and when and what happened after.  Hillary Clinton's testimony did nothing to answer questions that hang in the polluted air of her tenure as Secretary of State. Or the connection it has in an effort to hide the facts so that it would not get in the way of Obama's election.
Hidden by the main stream press for weeks after our Ambassador to Libya was murdered.
This story was hidden by the main stream press in collusion with the Obama administration. There was only one major news network that had the guts to tell the American people what occurred. Resulting once again in the election of a man that is an embarrassment to the nation.  If it was not for Fox News you would still have the administration trying to feed you the tripe that it was the result of a video.
The Obama administration has blood on it's hands
Make no mistake that the lack of effort that led to the murder of 4 Americans rests with the President of the United States and his political cadre. Documents that have been demanded have still not been produced.  The FBI took weeks to get to the crime scene.  The suspected instigator has been let go. To roam at will.  Appearing at cafes in countries of the middle east with complete impunity. Never questioned by FBI.  As we are told that the man who made the supposed video that they blamed for the debacle is in jail for expressing his first amendment rights.
This Event above all is the needed proof that you can not trust Mr. Obama to lead on anything.  You can trust him to however. To dig a hole for the United States to be buried in.
Where was the quick response team
Supposedly we have a military quick response team that we have been made to believe is capable of doing exactly what was needed to be done.  There was neither hide nor hair of any effort to get to the area and secure it.  Mr. Obama we have been told was on the horn about the whole thing.  We find out later it was only a passive interest. Never once making a follow up phone call as to what was being done to save his Ambassador. Who was left to choke to death in the streets of Bengazi. Or the three young men who tried to save him from the well armed terrorists that attacked the embassy and killed at will. No, he wanted you to think it was a video.  Then ordering his henchmen in the Justice Dept to go after the producer of the video. With his Frank Nitti type enforcer, Erick Holder acting as his hit man.
Hillary Took Responsibility. 
 In an effort to stem the inquiries of the President. Hillary took responsibility, and ..... And nothing... as she all of a sudden played the wounded duck act.  A delaying tactic to see what was said and how to respond so she could get her story straight in order to cover her tracks.  Most of all to cover that son of a bitch basket ball shaped ass that encouraged the DNC to cover her 2 million dollar campaign debt. That conveniently was paid off right before her gig was up as S of S. 
Usually you are held accountable for mistakes that result in death?  You pay a price.
But not when you are Hillary Clinton. She was instead praised by the media for travelling a million miles. Ultimately, getting little or nothing done as she went on a world wind vaction that anyone would have like to have had at taxpayer expense.  The entire episode of the Bengazi tragedy shows that she was a abject failure at her job. Isn't it normal for someone to pay a price of some kind when they admit that they are responsible for a disaster that results in death. Even an errant driver that accidently kills someone in a traffic accident gets a ticket. Instead she walked into a Senate hearing and lied like a rug and spun the truth and defended herself by saying that it didn't matter how it happened. A slap in the face of the families of those killed and the whole country. 
The country should have demanded her head. 
Instead they buried their heads into their armpits to smell the stink that they knew was being emitted from the under arms of her pants suit. Her testimony in front of the Senate was really a testament to how we have let the man in the White House and his minions, including the former Sec of State. Madame Hillary have led us down the garden path of lies, lies and more lies.  
We will be foolish and stupid not to remember.
How these Chicago gangsters have played us for suckers. Obama makes Al Capon look like a nice guy. Hillary makes Charles Manson look like a saint. She and her tactics are disgusting and unforgivable in the eye of anyone with any sense of morality. She is nothing but Chicago trailer trash and Obama is nothing more than an opportunistic parasite and liar.
Any mother that has a son or daughter 
In the military or in service to our country should take note that this could have been their children that were left to die without a chance.  All because Obama would do anything to win and election and she would do anything to have her monetary debt paid.

Mr. Obama's decision to refund part of his $ 400,000 plus salary to show empathy with all those suffering through these hard economic times. Is an admittance that after years of him being in the White House.  His policies have made baby steps. When there needed to be giant steps towards fixing and growing the economy. Even with the advantage many Presidents have not had. That of having complete control of the government for the first 2 years of his administration. He wanted to show solidarity with projected federal workers furloughs. Which have not yet occurred and probably won't, However, when given the choice by congress to have flexibility as to what to cut he refused to do so. In other words any future cuts for federal workers was his choice to prevent.  In order to push home his political point. That has been seen to be just bluster and plain old baloney. Increasing the problems of an economy that has close to zero growth after four years of trying to transform America to conform to his socialist agenda. because of the sequester which he wanted and signed into law. He is still trying to use the sequester as a rabbit in a hat to be pulled out when he is truly at fault.
He Wasted Our Time and Money on Something the American People don't Want
He had many options to choose from when he took over, but he choose poorly.  Instead of spending time trying to rectify the economic down turns. He pitifully expended his time, political capital and now our treasure on a far fetched cockamamie socialist driven program called, Affordable Health Care. Now known as the dreaded Obama Care.  As we all know by now it is not affordable. Not only will it cost us more, but it has already dug deep into the quality of  medical services.  Mutilating and draining our tried and true Medicare by over $ 700 million in funds.
Stimulus Was a Total Failure
 Now because of his insistence that there is no spending problem we are in worse shape than ever.  After a one trillion dollar stimulus fell flat on it's face as far as putting people back to work. With little economic growth. Not to mention a $17 trillion dollar national debt.  Today the unemployment numbers were fearfully dismal and disappointing.  It is estimated that more that 40 percent of the work force of America is out of work and have given up finding work. Only 88,000 jobs were created.  Far less than the 190,000 expected.  The week's new unemployment figures are down 1 tenth of a point only because people have given up looking for a job.  In reality the figure does not reflect a true picture of  the job market. Which by any and all estimations are very disturbing even to the stock market. Which reacted in a totally negative way. In spite of he fed continuing to prop it up by printing money at rate that would choke a herd of hungry elephants after a hunger strike.

His answer to all of this is to manipulate the thinking of the public by making a hollow and meaningless gesture of returning a measly $ 20, 000. from his salary back to the treasury.  Big freaking deal.   It is a small price to pay for his malfeasance and  incompetence that continues to plague us. Now Mr. Kerry, the recently sworn in Sec of State is also giving part of his salary to charity, 15 % to be exact.  A man worth over 250 million dollars at last count should not even get paid if he was indeed empathetic to the plight of the common man.  As a matter of fact he should thank us for overlooking his past transgressions as a naval officer who threw his fellow service men under the bus. To put it mildly.  Yeah, a regular gent.
He  should have stayed in his element. He is not qualified.
In my opinion it only goes to indicate the real goal of those in the Obama administration. The usual  "now you see it now you don't method of governing" Which is really no governing at all.  Or fool them with the slight of hand and diversion.  The figures do not lie. The man has failed and no amount of pointing his crooked emaciated and boney finger at others will change that.  Neither will  a pitiful symbolic gesture by a man who is determined to financially terrorize America. Unfortunately for the rest of us he is succeeding in the effort.  Which I believe is his mission.

Several announcements were made this past week end  addressing the progress being made by the so called  " gang of eight ". Consisting of U.S. Senators from both parties.  Their purpose is to try to settle the problem of what to do with 11 million illegal aliens that have entered and reside in the United States.  We tried it before in 1986. President Reagan signed the bill that gave amnesty to 3 million illegal immigrants. The purpose for President Reagan was to control the borders with more intensity.  Preventing the further mass  illegal influx of people who had no business being here at all.  The Simpson-Mazzoli amnesty bill did nothing of the kind and was a complete failure in it's purpose. Reagan was duped.  There was no effort to close off the borders in a manner that would prevent or seriously stem the problem of an invasion of  the United States.  The increase the number of aliens has climbed to a number exceeding 11 million.  Leading to the complaint and whine of  proponents that want to make a one time amnesty into a duplication of the failure of the first.  Under the banner of how can we expect to deport 11 million people?  One way would have been to do it one at a time. Which should have been done in 1986.  At that time we would have 7 million less to deal with. Wow, doesn't that sound logical. Instead we made it as desirable as a jug of water to a thirsty man crossing Death Valley. The prospect of another amnesty always waiting in the wings. The first amnesty was created more law breakers. Encouraging more of the same. In reality overwhelming the system. If indeed the immigration system is broken. It is fair to say that it is we that are to blame. Those that come are only trying to improve their lot. In most cases they are desperate. The Democrats have just seized upon the misery of those who come here bring with them. They like the fact that it adds to the mayhem. It allows for the creation of more victims that will come to depend on those who weave a web of entrapment. In order to maintain power and push their agenda.of subtle enslavement. Disguised as altruism.

Addressing the Problem of  Illegal Immigration. Obama not Serious.

Ok so now we will  try to accommodate those who have entered the country illegally once again.  Now the law will  fit the situation that the breakers of the law created.  If there is a plan that is crafted that will perhaps alleviate the strain on the country. As well as, control the entry of those who should not be here according to our laws and regulations.  Then let's do it, hopefully we will learn from past lessons. I am not confident that we will.  Learning that lesson will not materialize for a few reasons. The one that stands out is the insistence emanating from the President  that the borders can not be controlled " 110 % ".  Code words for we don't want to really stop illegal immigration. Leaving the door open that gives an excuse for a failure to do so in the future.  Of course, as is the norm for Obama, he will blame everyone else for the inability to get things moving in the right direction. Obama does not give a damn. Anarchy suits him. As it does every power mad arrogant creep that has come and gone throughout the world's history. The trouble is that they are not uncovered soon enough. When they do, they leave a stink behind that is hard to get rid of. It takes decades in some cases to repair the damage they inflict upon all they touch.  

Mr. Obama's intention is not to make a concerted effort to achieve perfection but rather to ambush efforts that would secure the border to the best of our ability and resources.  Why would he want to do that ? Well along with the administration being against laws requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote.  Along with his Santa Clause attitude. The Senate Democrats passing a bill that would provide free heath care to illegals. We will have a nation that will be controlled not by Americans but by an illegal immigrant block of voters that are not entitled to have any say in the governing of America . Insuring that his ideology of what he and his former mentors consider  " social justice" takes hold and in his words " transforms America" . Which results in the practice of injustice for others. Mainly those who go to work everyday and achieve the American dream through their labors or those who labored before.

The only hope for immigration reform is the guarantee that more of the same that occurred after the mistake of amnesty was made in 1986. Is not repeated.  Mr. Obama will thwart the good ideas of reform that will allow those who have certainly been an asset to this country. In favor of anarchy for the purposes of political gain.  Mr. Obama has no intention of allowing legislation that will interfere with his drive to " transform America " as he and his liberal and socialist allies on the left plan to do. In order to maintain the status quo of a group of people that will forever be considered victims.  His ideology and efforts to "transform America " are nothing more than to keep the culture war going. The more anarchy, hate and envy that he is able to maintain and continue is all for his benefit. In truth he is the road block to immigration reform.  He will not allow it without insuring that the illegal immigrants keep coming and America be on the hook for all of the problems they bring with them.
